Time to say goodbye to that old computer monitor that’s taking up space in your garage, “We’ll take it off your hands,” said Chris Slubowski, Household Hazardous Waste Coordinator for the City of Salina.

Slubowski tells KSAL News that citizens will be able to stop by the 8th Annual Electronic Recycling Event scheduled for Saturday, May 7th from 9am to 1pm.

“We’ll take almost anything with a cord or battery,” she said.

Saturday’s event will be held on Markley Road just south of Dean Evens Baseball Stadium.
