A driver was hurt in a crash involving a turkey. The incident happened Sunday, when a turkey collided with her vehicle on a Kansas highway.

KAKE reports that a woman was traveling on the Kansas Turnpike near the Osage City/Council Grove exit on Sunday afternoon when a live turkey flew into her windshield. Authorities say that the collision crushed the top of the woman’s Toyota Camry.

The driver was taken to a hospital for treatment.
