When is the city manager going to hire a top notch chief of police. I hope he does not do what the county did with the appraiser position. Why is Jim Gile so tight with Duncan?

Jim Gile needs to come out of hiding and do the job we elected him to do. Here is another unsolved case as the crime spree continues in Salina. I wish they would hit the commissioners houses and the city managers house maybe then they will look into all of this and do something.
