An ATV and mini-bike are stolen from a storage building.

Saline County Sheriff Glen Kochanowski tells KSAL News that deputies are investigating a burglary and theft in the northwest Saline County town of Glendale.

Deputies say that someone pushed a Polaris ATV and a small 50-cc dirt bike out of an open storage shed in the 100 block of E. 2nd Street.

Officers followed the tire tracks onto Brookville Road where it appears someone loaded up the vehicles and left.

Total loss is listed at $3,700.

Oh Sheriff Glen Over the Hill Kochanowski just another theft in the county where you will not catch anyone and it will go in the file. Your only possibility of catching someone is if you pull them over to give them a ticket an they are stupid enought to have both of these items in their truck bed. Maybe if you caught some of these guys and detained them in your motel our insurance rates would drop.

Whine, whine , whine. Become a reserve deputy like me and help them out. Negativity doesn’t get us anywhere. Instead of spending 20 hours a day in front of your pc screen get out and do something positive. It will make you a much better person.

Well whoopee woo your a reserve deputy. You and the old man make a good pair and that is why we people need to arm ourselves in the county to protect our property.
