Burglars hit a Salina construction business.

Police are investigating after a number of power tools are stolen from a trailer at Wayne Holmes Basement Construction, 301 W. Grand, sometime between noon on January 2nd and 12:50pm on January 4th.

Police say thieves broke a lock on a trailer and removed a Stihl brand quickie saw and a Stihl worm drive saw. A Bosch brand bulldog hammer drill and a Honda brand 3500 power generator.

Total loss and damage is listed at $700.
