Numerous construction tools were taken from a truck parked in the 1500 block of E. Beloit.

Salina Police report that sometime between Sunday at 5pm and 8:30am Monday, someone stole two bags of MasterForce tools used for working in concrete construction from an unlocked 1984 Chevy truck.

Police say a hammer drill, angle drill, ban saw, grinder, jig saw, reciprocating saw plus other miscellaneous tools were removed from the vehicle.

There was no sign of forced entry.

Loss is listed at $3,000.
