A Salina man is arrested on a warrant for indecent liberties with a child.

According to Police Captain Mike Sweeney, 29-year-old Michael J. Turner is facing multiple charges after the Department For Children and Families contacted authorities about the alleged rape and criminal sodomy of a female under the age of 10.

Police say the incidents occurred in a central Salina home between July of 2011 and July of 2013.

Turner and the female victim were acquaintances.
