A Colorado man reported missing last month is found dead in Salina.

Police do not believe there is any foul play in the unattended death of 67-year-old Terry Hamilton of Aurora, Colorado.

Lt. Scott Siemsen tells KSAL News that a customer at the Petro #2 on North 9th at I-70 alerted store staff that something may be wrong with a man they saw in a car in the parking lot.

The man’s body was found in a locked vehicle at about 4:30pm Monday.

Hamilton was reported missing in Colorado by family members back in mid-October.

According to the paper the employees noticed that this guy was having problems physically while inside but no one offered any help. Just maybe if someone had taken the time he could have received medical attention.

If that is the case and I owned that business I would fire each and everyone of them.
