A Salina man is jailed on charges of indecent liberties with a girl under the age of fifteen.

Police arrested 22-year-old Ramiro Arroyo-Molina of Salina after the Department of Children and Family Services contacted authorities.

According to Captain Mike Sweeney, Molina had consensual sexual relations with the girl dating back to March of 2013.

He was identified as the father of the teen’s baby and arrested on Wednesday.
