All Natural Ingredients on Sunday

Sunshine, fresh air and smiles are just some of the natural ingredients planned for the 5th Annual Discover Salina Naturally Festival coming up Sunday in Lakewood Park.
“We want people to bring their children to Lakewood Park and explore’s Salina’s past and sustainable future,” said Mark Neubrand, 2016 Chair of the event.
Neubrand joined in on the KSAL Morning News Wednesday with a look at a festival that’s doubled in the number of exhibits committed to the event – growing from around 30 to over 60 booths to visit this year.
Visitors to the 5th annual event will find booths and information on a wide variety of conservation topics and products like rain barrels, xeriscaping, organic and Vegan foods.
Historical booths that have displays of black powder rifles, Civil War re-enactors, astronomy and musical acts.
With over sixty exhibits, children’s activities and live entertainment organizers are promising something for everyone at the Discover Salina Naturally Festival.
The event is Sunday, May 1st in Lakewood Park from 11am to 4pm. Admission is Free and parking will be offered at Lakewood Middle School with free shuttles running between the school and park.
