Saline County Jail

Three Salina men are facing burglary and theft charges after a police investigation.

Deana Blair contacted SPD last week after discovering that some of the items she planned to take with her in a move, were missing.

Police say a 50-inch flat screen TV and two chopper style bikes were stolen from a home in the 900 block of Merrill.

The bikes and television were recovered after the suspects sold the bicycles at a Salina second hand store.

Thursday, police arrested 48-year-old Robbie Watson, Sr.,  29-year-old Robbie Watson, Jr. and 28-year-old Brian Reiss, all of Salina.

All three are facing charges that could include burglary, theft and damage to property.

Why were no charges pressed against the second hand store for buying stolen items?
