2 Men Sought in Attack

Police make one arrest and are seeking two other suspects after a man is beaten at a Salina pub.

Officers were called to Sunset Billiards, 1215 W. Crawford, around 12:30am Tuesday after a scuffle left a man bloody with a broken nose.

Police say 36-year-old Nathan Thompson was conversing with two black males on the back patio when the violence erupted.

Thompson was struck multiple times with fists and an unknown blunt object before the two left the scene with a white male.

The victim had a cut over his right eye, a cut under his left eye and was treated at the hospital for a broken nose and broken eye socket.

Police report the white male was intoxicated when found by officers a short time later at Walgreens on South Broadway and allegedly became hostile when questioned, ripping the pants of one of the officers.

Police arrested 21-year-old Todd Lehoczky of Salina on multiple charges that include falsely reporting a crime and criminal threat after he allegedly told one officer he would kill him and his family.

Police are still seeking the two other men who attacked Thompson.
