UPDATE: Salina police are looking for a Hispanic male who weighs 25-280 pounds. On the day of the robbery, he was wearing jeans and a black coat with his hood up. He threatened the clerk at the front counter with pepper spray.

Salina Police are investigating a Saturday morning robbery. Officers were called at around 6:30 in the morning to the report of a robbery at the Days Inn Motel, at 407 W. Diamond Drive near the intersection of North 9th Street and Interstate 70.

Police tell KSAL News that the on-duty clerk was robbed in the lobby. A suspect left on foot, with an undisclosed amount of money.

Police are continuing to investigate. No arrests had been made as of Saturday morning.
