Ex-Boyfriend Arrested for Alleged Theft

A Salina man is being charged with burglary, theft and felony obstruction after breaking into his ex-girlfriend’s home on the 1600 block of Beverly.

The victim reported that Wade Dickerman, 36, allegedly entered her home and began to threaten her, causing her to run from the home. When she returned, she noted that two cell phones had been stolen from the residence.

A neighbor saw Dickerman enter a home several doors down.

Police apprehended him from that home, where they found the alleged thief hiding under blankets. Both cell phones were recovered.
